OBJECTIVES

MSP® (Managing Successful Programmes) consists of a structured framework for organisations of all sizes and from all sectors to improve practices, offer better services and more effectively prepare for the future.

The MSP Foundation certification introduces the Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) method and terminology. Foundation certification ensures you understand the MSP guidance well enough to work in a team to deliver or manage a programme. It confirms that you can act as an informed member of a programme office, business change team or project delivery team working within an environment supporting MSP.

The MSP Foundation Certificate is also a pre-requisite for individuals wishing to achieve the MSP Practitioner Qualification.

Exam Information

  • 60 minute, 75 question, Multiple Choice Question Exam held on day 3
  • Note: 70 questions count towards your exam mark; the other 5 are trial questions only and are not scored
  • Closed book
  • Requires 50% (35 marks) pass to attain Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) Foundation Certification

It is highly recommended that you spend some time each evening of this course reviewing and consolidating what you’ve learned, to be well prepared for the exam.
