OBJECTIVES
Aimed at the Tier 1, Tier 2 Service Desk professional, this course focuses on the skills necessary for supporting consumers of Microsoft Office 365, Azure Active Directory and InTune services. Starting with creating an Office 365 subscription, attendees of this course will then progress through to creating users, adding services and subscriptions to their 365 tenancies. From here, attendees will progress through other core technologies of Office 365 including One Drive, Exchange, and Azure Active Directory.
