Advice in relation to the COVID-19 Coronavirus

Update - 24 March 2020

As part of the measures to support our customers and clients wellbeing during this challenging time, and given the requirements to work from home where possible, Auldhouse will be maximising the full capacity of our live online offering (Auldhouse Anywhere) and moving all courses in the short-term to a real-time virtual delivery. You will attend your class virtually from your workplace or home

Auldhouse Anywhere training is real-time training conducted by Auldhouse instructors in a live, interactive, virtual environment. It gives you the same content and hands-on labs as our classroom-based courses.

All classes scheduled up until 27th April will be moving to a virtual delivery. We will assess future classes as more information and guidelines from the NZ Government come to hand.

Please note that our testing centres in each of our training centres will be closed until further notice.

If you are unsure about any information provided above, please call us on 0800 835 835.

We will continue to monitor any changes in guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health and/or local public health authorities, and update our advice accordingly. In the meantime, we are open for business and as always, are here to support you.

Lastly, our business continuity (BC) planning, has enabled us to respond and adapt to this situation extremely well and with agility. We will continue to serve all our clients with no degradation in service whatsoever. It is business as usual (BAU).

We sincerely appreciate your business.

16 March 2020

In light of the global developments with COVID-19, based on guidance from the Ministry of Health, Auldhouse scheduled classes will continue as planned until further notice.

The safety and wellbeing of all our students, partners, employees, and guests is of paramount importance and remains our top priority. Auldhouse is closely monitoring the situation, taking direction and guidance from the Ministry of Health should the situation change.

In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures developed in consultation with global and local public health authorities to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols at all our Training Centres even more rigorous:

We have increased the frequency of cleaning our public areas (including classrooms, door handles, public bathrooms etc.) and have continued the use of hospital-grade disinfectant

We have increased the deployment of antibacterial hand sanitizers.

We are also undertaking precautions as recommended to the wider community to ensure a safe environment for all our students. This includes, but is not limited to:

If you are displaying any flu like symptoms, we request that you do not attend classes at any Auldhouse Training Centre.

Reminding all students, staff and guests they must not attend if they have been to a country considered at higher risk of COVID-19 in the past 14 days.

If you have been in close contact with a proven case of coronavirus, we ask that you do not attend an Auldhouse training centre for 14 days from the date of last contact with the confirmed case.

As part of the measures to support our customers and clients during this challenging time, and given the potential requirements to work from home, Auldhouse will be maximizing the full capacity of our live on line offering (Auldhouse Anywhere). Many of our courses have the capability to run via our live on line technology so we foresee minimal impact to any planned or booked training.

For classes that are best delivered in-person we are delivering these from larger rooms to ensure the appropriate distancing between students and instructors is provided

If you are impacted by these guidelines, Auldhouse will provide you with alternative arrangements, such as Auldhouse Anywhere, our live on line offering, so you can attend classes virtually from your workplace or home.

If you are unsure about any information provided above, or need to change your booking to our remote live online solution,
please call us on 0800 835 835.
