Advice in relation to the COVID-19 Coronavirus

Firstly, a big thank you to our customers who have supported our business during the past week whilst we have operated under Alert Levels 3 and 4. We continued to deliver the high-quality training you have come to expect - all virtually instructor-led and we are pleased that many of you have been able to successfully experience our Auldhouse Anywhere solution.

As of Thursday 14 May, our Government has announced NZ moves to Alert Level 2. 

So, what does this mean for Auldhouse:

The safety and wellbeing of all our students, partners, employees, and guests is of paramount importance and remains our top priority. 

You will now have the choice to attend your class in-person at any one of our training centres OR attend virtually.

If you choose to return to our training centres we are strictly following public health guidelines. These include the following, although they may change over time:

  • Regular disinfecting of surfaces.
  • Encouraging good hand hygiene by allowing frequent hand washing and sanitising.
  • Not having sick people in the workplace.
  • Meeting physical distancing requirements - our training rooms have been reconfigured to meet these guidelines.

As part of the measures to support our customers and clients during this challenging time, and given the potential requirements to work from home, Auldhouse will be maximizing the full capacity of our live on line offering (Auldhouse Anywhere). All of our courses have the capability to run via our live on line technology so we foresee minimal impact to any planned or booked training.

Note: All testing centres remain closed until further notice.

We will continue to monitor any changes in guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health and/or local public health authorities, and update our advice accordingly. In the meantime, we are open for business and as always, are here to support you.

Lastly, our business continuity (BC) planning, has enabled us to respond and adapt to this situation extremely well and with agility. We will continue to serve all our clients with no degradation in service whatsoever. It is business as usual (BAU).
