A two-day course teaching the wider impacts of organisational change and how to help people adapt. Certified Local Change Agents (CLCA's) play a powerful supporting role during organisation-wide transformation. They understand the fundamental principles and approaches that encourage people to embrace change. They assist organisations aligning it's entire workforce's activities with the implemented change. A CLCA need to enter a dedicated role - certified individuals will typically continue their BAU activities while also contributing as invaluable members of organisational change initiatives.
