SKY has no limits with Auldhouse's flexible and proactive training

Stephanie Whyte has worked for SKY for fifteen years and has been its Training Manager for the last five. Her role requires her to engage with a range of course providers and facilitate the delivery of training company-wide. Each training company she works with is selected for its excellence in providing SKY staff with specific expertise.

Partner of choice

While the relationship between SKY and Auldhouse predates Stephanie's current role, Auldhouse is definitely her technical training partner of choice. She ranks them among the best of all the training companies SKY uses. "I use Auldhouse because they have the courses we need," she says. "Technical training is potentially the most difficult to organise, especially if it's bespoke. Auldhouse makes it really easy, and their customer service is amazing."

Flexible and seamless

Auldhouse has consistently been excellent in removing any barriers to learning for SKY's technical staff, says Stephanie. "They take all my requirements on board and make the training happen," she says. "For example, when we needed Red Hat training, there weren't enough other local candidates to fill a classroom, so we were offered remote learning through Auldhouse Anywhere. That was a great option for us. While our team were initially apprehensive about accessing training remotely, it turned out to be a pleasant surprise. Once they got set up from our end, it was seamless. They also appreciated being able to do the training from our offices and not having to travel to a classroom."

Stephanie finds the service and commitment she gets from Auldhouse to be faultless.
"I have a great working relationship with Auldhouse and they leave nothing undone. They really do meet all of my requirements on any given project. They have even built bespoke courses especially for us.
